On-site maintenance and minor repairs at client premises within Kampala. Scheduled oil changes, filter replacements, battery swaps, and minor electrical work performed at client site. Rate: standard labour + UGX 30,000 mobilisation.
Upcountry partner servicing (9 locations)
Shell service stations and specialist garages in Gulu, Lira, Soroti, Mbale, Fortportal, Mbarara, Bushenyi, and Kisoro. Preventive maintenance and light mechanical work performed under Avoo Motors' protocols. Avoo Motors coordinates, authorises, and invoices. 15% coordination fee on partner invoice.
Remote fleet support — consultation
Remote technical guidance for drivers in the field — fault symptom assessment, safe-to-drive determination, and nearest appropriate support location identified via phone or WhatsApp.
Pre-trip upcountry preparation service
Special pre-deployment check for vehicles being sent to remote areas. Focuses on recovery kit, spare tyre condition, coolant and fluid levels, brake and tyre condition, and battery state. Written clearance issued.
