Suspension & Steering
Suspension and steering directly affect driver safety and vehicle handling. Avoo Motors performs a full suspension geometry check as part of every repair — replacing components that fall outside OEM tolerance, not just the ones that are visibly broken.
Shock absorber replacement
Front & rear, gas or hydraulic. KYB, Monroe, or OEM equivalent. Strut top mount and bearing inspection on McPherson strut types.
Ball joints (upper & lower)
Press-fit and bolt-in types. Dust boot condition assessed. Play tested with load off and on. Replaced in axle pairs where wear is evident on both sides.
Control arms & bushings
Upper and lower control arms, wishbones, and radius rods. Polyurethane or rubber bushing replacement. Compliance bush service on rear multi-link suspension.
Tie rod ends & steering rack
Inner and outer tie rod end replacement, rack bellows replacement, steering rack adjustment or full rack replacement. Wheel alignment mandatory after all steering work.
Leaf spring & coil spring
Leaf spring pack replacement or re-arching for pickup trucks and commercial vehicles. Coil spring replacement. Auxiliary springs for load-carrying applications.
Power steering pump & rack
PS pump replacement, fluid flush and purge, EPS motor and control module diagnostics on electric power steering systems.
