Braking Systems
All brake work begins with a full system diagnostic assessment. Avoo Motors performs brake work on disc, drum, and air brake systems across light passenger vehicles, SUVs, pickups, and heavy commercial trucks.
Disc brake overhaul
Front and rear pad replacement, disc measurement and replacement or skimming, caliper strip & rebuild, slide pin service, brake hose inspection. All four wheels if required.
Drum brake overhaul
Rear shoe replacement, drum measurement and skimming, wheel cylinder inspection and replacement, self-adjuster service, handbrake cable adjustment.
ABS system repair
ABS sensor replacement, tone ring inspection, ABS module diagnostics, wiring harness fault tracing. Post-repair ABS function verification via diagnostic scan.
Brake master cylinder & servo
Master cylinder replacement, servo vacuum test and replacement, brake pedal travel and feel verification. Full system bleed after any master cylinder work.
Air brake system (heavy trucks)
Air compressor, governor, air tanks, slack adjusters, S-cam and brake chamber service for Scania, HOWO, Isuzu, and Mitsubishi Fuso heavy trucks.
Brake fluid system flush
Full system bleed with new DOT-specified fluid. Moisture content test of old fluid. Caliper bleed nipple condition assessed.
