Core Wiring & Electrical
Reliable vehicle electrical systems begin with clean, properly terminated, correctly routed wiring. Avoo Motors repairs vehicle electrical systems to OEM standard — not quick field fixes that create new faults.
Starter motor repair & replacement
Bench test before replacement. Pinion gear, Bendix spring, solenoid contact, and motor winding inspection. Flywheel ring gear checked for wear on starter replacement.
Alternator repair & replacement
Charging voltage and current output test. Regulator, diode pack, brush and slip ring replacement where serviceable. Full replacement where winding failure confirmed.
Wiring harness repair & routing
Chafed, rodent-damaged, and corrosion-affected harness sections repaired using correct-gauge wire, proper terminals, and heat-shrink sealed joints. Loom re-routed to prevent recurrence.
Fuse box & relay repair
Burnt fuse box terminal repair, relay socket replacement, fuse holder upgrade where overload protection is undersized. Full circuit load verification after repair.
Battery replacement & charging system
Full charging system test — battery, alternator output, and parasitic drain test. ECU memory preserved during battery swap. AGM and EFB battery types stocked.
Lighting & indicators
Headlamp alignment and bulb replacement (halogen and LED). Rear light assembly, indicator relay and flasher unit, DRL and fog lamp circuits.
