Paint & Respray
All paint work is performed in Avoo Motors' dedicated spray booth using a compressor-fed spray system. Surface preparation is the foundation of lasting paintwork — shortcuts at this stage cause paint failure within months.
Spot repair & blend
Single panel or zone paint repair blended into adjacent panels. Colour match verification in natural and artificial light before final application.
Full vehicle respray
Full vehicle preparation — strip and mask, primer coat, guide coat, sand, base coat, clear coat, cut and polish. All glass and trim protected.
Primer & undercoat application
2K epoxy or etch primer for bare metal surfaces. High-build primer for filled areas. Guide coat application for blocking verification.
Clear coat & polish
2K urethane clear coat for durability in Uganda's climate. Machine polish and cut to remove orange peel and achieve gloss finish.
