Component Replacement
High-wear consumable components replaced at scheduled intervals. All parts from Avoo Motors' 4-supplier approved chain — Skenya Motors, Manadela, Haba, and Osaka Auto Parts.
Air filter
Dry element or oil-bath to match vehicle specification. Airbox cleaned. MAF sensor inspected on removal.
Fuel filter
In-line and in-tank types. Fuel pressure verified post-replacement. Bleed procedure for diesel systems.
Cabin air filter
Replaced to maintain AC airflow and cabin air quality. Housing cleaned of debris on replacement.
Spark plugs / glow plugs
OEM or NGK/Denso equivalent. Electrode gap verified. Anti-seize applied on aluminium heads.
Drive belts (alternator, PS, AC)
Visual and deflection inspection. Tensioner condition assessed. Replaced before failure — not after.
Timing belt / chain inspection
Interval-based belt replacement with water pump and tensioner kit. Chain stretch measurement. Critical safety service.
Wiper blades & washer system
All blade types — conventional, beam, rear. Washer jet alignment. Fluid top-up with screenwash.
Battery test & replacement
CCA and internal resistance test. AGM and standard lead-acid. ECU memory preserved during replacement.
