Exhaust system repair & replacement
Manifold, downpipe, centre section, rear box and tailpipe. Flanged joints re-faced and re-sealed. Catalytic converter condition assessed.
Turbocharger service & replacement
Oil feed and return line inspection, compressor and turbine wheel clearance check, wastegate and actuator test, full turbo replacement with new oil lines where required.
Propeller shaft & CV joint
Prop shaft centre bearing replacement, universal joint (UJ) replacement, CV joint boot replacement or full CV replacement, drive shaft alignment verification.
Differential service & repair
Crown and pinion backlash check, bearing replacement, diff oil seal replacement, LSD service, limited-slip clutch pack where applicable.
Fuel system repair (carburettor & diesel pump)
Mechanical injection pump overhaul, carburettor rebuild on older vehicles, lift pump replacement, fuel tank cleaning and sender unit repair.
Common rail injection service
Injector removal, testing, and replacement or reconditioning. High-pressure pump replacement, fuel rail pressure test, post-repair adaptation via diagnostic tool.
