Fabrication
Fabrication services are led by Mr. Musa Kalanzi (10 years' automotive fabrication — MIG, ARC, and gas welding) and Mr. Joseph Kisembo and Mr. Emmanuel Nsubuga (fabrication support). Avoo Motors has ARC welding equipment and 34 table rollers for panel handling.
Welding — ARC & Gas
Avoo Motors performs structural and cosmetic welding using ARC (MMA) and gas techniques. Magnetic welding holders and a proper fabrication bay ensure precision alignment before any weld bead is laid.
ARC (MMA) structural welding
Heavy structural repairs — chassis plates, tow hitch mounting, roll cage welding, cross-member repair. Full penetration welds verified by visual and knock inspection.
Gas welding & brazing
Thin sheet metal work, exhaust component repair, cooling system pipe repair, and precision welding on components where ARC heat input is too high.
Panel welding
Plug welding for panel skin replacement, butt welding for patch panel fitment, seam welding for structural reinforcement. Weld-through primer applied to mating surfaces before welding.
Weld-on accessories & mounts
Bull bar, safari rack, roof rack, snorkel, side step, and tow hitch welding and mounting. Correct weld positions to avoid weakening surrounding structure.
