Mechanical removal, chemical conversion with rust neutraliser, and zinc-rich primer applied to treated areas. Through-rust cut out and metal fabricated in.
Underbody protection
Rubberised stone chip and underbody coating applied to treated and bare metal underbody panels. Wheel arch liner re-fitting.
Cavity wax injection
Wax-based cavity protection injected into door sills, A/B/C pillars, and chassis rails to prevent future internal corrosion.
