Panel Work & Dent Removal
Panel work at Avoo Motors follows a structured process — damage assessment, panel straightening to a template, filler application only where unavoidable, and a pre-paint inspection before any paint is applied.
Panel beating — impact damage
Controlled metalwork using mallet, dolly, and body spoons to restore panel geometry. Precision straightening for doors, wings, bonnets, and roof panels. Measured against undamaged reference points.
Dent removal & re-shaping
Shrinking, stretching, and pulling techniques for dents without creasing. PDR (paintless dent removal) for suitable minor dents. Full re-shaping for deeper or creased damage.
Door skin & outer panel replacement
Door skin welding or bolt-on outer panel replacement where panel damage exceeds repairable limits. Edge folding and seam sealing to match factory specification.
Accident damage assessment & repair
Full post-accident damage report. Structural alignment check. Panel replacement and repair. Radiator support and front end reconstruction after frontal impacts.
