AC Diagnosis & Repair
AC complaints are diagnosed before any refrigerant is recovered or components are replaced. Our diagnostic approach identifies whether a problem is refrigerant charge, component failure, or electrical — preventing unnecessary parts spend.
AC system pressure test & leak detection
High and low side pressure check, UV dye injection for leak tracing, electronic leak detection for compressor shaft seal, condenser, evaporator core, and pipe joints.
Refrigerant recovery & recharge (R134a / R1234yf)
Safe refrigerant recovery before component replacement. System evacuation to remove moisture. Precise recharge to vehicle-specified weight. Performance test confirms target vent temperature.
AC compressor replacement
Compressor removal, new PAG oil charge, receiver-drier replacement mandatory with every compressor, system flush where contamination suspected, full recharge and test.
Condenser replacement
Front condenser removal and replacement, condenser fin straightening where possible, refrigerant recovery before work, recharge and performance verification after.
Expansion valve & evaporator core
Expansion valve or orifice tube replacement for poor cooling performance. Evaporator core replacement where blocked, icing, or leaking.
AC belt, clutch & electrical
AC drive belt replacement, compressor clutch coil and plate, AC relay and fuse, pressure switch and ambient temperature sensor diagnostics.
