How a Service Job Moves Through Our Workshop

A consistent, documented process for every vehicle — corporate fleet or private owner.

1

Vehicle Intake & Job Card

A digital job card is opened in AutomotiveOne ERP, logging vehicle condition and the client's requirements.

2

Diagnostics & Inspection

Fault codes and physical inspection findings are recorded before any repair is recommended.

3

Client Approval

No work commences before an open, client-approved job card or LPO is on file.

4

Repair, Service or Fabrication

Work is carried out by the relevant specialist team using approved parts and lubricants.

5

Quality Check & Road Test

An independent road test and QA review take place before the vehicle is released.

6

Handover & Documentation

An itemised invoice is issued and the service history is updated in the client portal.
